"First time stay Mercure"

This is my first time to stay in Mercure. The room pretty decent with nice view. The Guest Experiec Supervisor Ms. Lila really nice and assist me upon check in. Need to be higlight only the food and liquor options that need to be improve like lamb chop and cognac but the rest is excellent

I stayed in the Executive Suite at Mercure Hotel Gatot Subroto and had an amazing experience. The view was beautiful, the food was great, and the Bebek Kremes I ordered was excellent. The service was also very good. Thank you to Mba Ela for excellent service. Highly recommended!
