I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—it was great, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, tidy, and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. What truly stood out was the excellent service provided by the staff. A friendly staff member named Ela was especially helpful throughout my entire stay. She was warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. Her professionalism and kindness made my experience even more pleasant. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Some of the fittings in my room were loose , minor that did not affect my comfort Room could do with more lights to brighten the room further

Staff is definitely the gem - all of the interactions were filled with kindness and helpfulness.

The location is a bit of an issue adding the train overpass that runs right beneath the lower floors. Sound proofing made it bearable in the end

Breakfast was decent. I liked the idea of a Nespresso machine in the room

I did ask for a high floor but could only get one on a smoking zone. That was a negative for me.
