Makkelijk te vinden en niet ver van downtown.

Het ontbijt. Er staat bij dit hotel dat ontbijt inbegrepen is en ook hangt er bij de receptie een bordje met de tekst, continental breakfast included, maar je krijgt alleen koffie/thee en muffins.

Very quant and clean.

Beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet.

You are have no breakfast at all, You misled me when you wrote that breakfast was included—all you had was a single muffin.

I liked the shower. It did not spray everywhere. The room was large. The TV channel options were good. It was quiet. Abundant parking available.

When i walked into the lobby to get my keys the clerk did not greet me at all. She then asked for my id. She told me "I don't rent to Kingman." She asked if I lived in Glendale as indictaed as my residence. I told her I did. She told me thr information that is on my id is how people are determined to stay at hotel. I offered to provide her with proof of residence by showing utility bill. She said "No, I've had a bad day and I don't want to deal with this." She gave me my keys and that was it. Her attitude was extreme, unwarranted and off putting.
