Hotel LBI

Amazing experience spending Mother’s Day with the family at Hotel LBI. Beautiful hotel, great atmosphere, and the staff made the whole weekend feel special. Highly recommend for a family getaway or special occasion!

I loved my stay here. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The walk to the beach was easy and parking was convenient in the hotel. The staff recommended a good place for dinner that was open in the off season. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area.

Great location, clean facilities. Perfect sized indoor pool for our stay in April, we would want to come in the summer to see the glass open up!

If the website had room floor plans with adjoining room combinations, we would have likely booked two rooms instead of one. (Family of 6)

I spontaneously booked this hotel for a work trip and it turned out to be one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. It was in a great area and I was able to spend a few hours at the beach and then returned back to the hotel to lounge by the pool and hot tub. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for me, which was a plus because I had a lot of equipment with me. They also honored my sensitivities to noise and placed me in a very quiet room and I slept so well. The room I stayed in had a kitchen, which I was also not expecting. It came in handy when I ordered takeout and didn’t have any silverware. I was relieved to find a drawer full of utensils. The highlights: complementary water bottles, really comfortable bed, great water pressure, really lovely common area including the pool, which has a ton of natural light and feels like it’s outdoors, even though it’s heated and covered. The cons: I was slightly disappointed by the aged TV set up. There was a list of channels available, but half of them were not accessible due to bad signal. I was expecting a smart TV so I could login to one of my apps to watch a movie, but instead, I just ended up watching the history channel, which was just fine. I will absolutely be staying at this hotel again!!

The hotel and my room was clean however, the whole reason I picked this hotel was to enjoy the indoor pool. The first day we couldn’t use,the pool because it was closed due to repairs. The second day we were told the pool was open, but when we went to it, it was filthy. The water was murky and there was hair and dirt floating in the pool. (See photos) Totally disgusting and unsanitary! I would not return for this reason alone.

Rooms were very clean. Living room was nice Dining was acceptable

Misinformation regarding dining options. GM was out Passover week and decisions regarding hotel were put on hold for 5 days, unacceptable. Bedding and pillows were old. Coffee pot in room did not work. Coffee in lobby was not refilled when empty.
