Minerva Suites by Kaarina

The apartment was very clean and close to everything i.e. bars, restaurants, supermarket etc. The owner Kaarina was very friendly and on hand to help if you needed her.

The apartment was clean. There was a nice surprise waiting for us. Karina was very helpful and gave some recommendations. There was no problem to find a parking nearby. It's possible to check out any time because of 24h reception.

Exceptional property great location, very clean and comfortable bed, 2nd time here for us, it was even better than the first stay, thank you Kaarina for your kindness, lovely bottle of wine left for us also crisps, biscuits, tea, coffee, milk, sugar. The property has good black out curtains felt very safe there, great balcony overlooking beautiful garden, will book again many thanks

The meet & greet. The apartment has been completely refurbished and was spotless. Had everything we needed and more. Nothing bad to say about it! The host was super nice and helpful and gave us recommendations on where to eat etc, a kettle broke and was replaced within the hour. Excellent service and communication throughout.

As it's the ground floor you don't get much sun due to the location but it was very handy for the pool.

Another amazing stay. Kaarina is always so helpful, the apartment is spotless and equipped with everything you would need for a holiday. The pools and grounds are fab and position of apartment is perfect. Will definitely be back.

Apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and was in a great location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Kaarina was a great host who had thought of everything and had great communication,, before and during our stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very clean apartment and excellent communication. Disappointing that no parasols were available at the pool and had to pay for sunbeds

The property was clean , comfortable and had all the contents you could need. It had a balcony that we used every morning to eat our breakfast or read in the morning sunshine. The owner was very pleasant and welcoming .

Unfortunately we found the other residents in the block very noisy especially those above us . Also someone had a dog in their apartment that barked a lot , people were constantly walking past our door to get to and from the pool . I did not contact the owner about this as this is out of her control . Notices at reception say any complaints have to be made in writing and any complaints about dog barking are dealt with by the police !
