The apartment was like a home from home

Nothing everything was spot on, however I would have liked a full size ironing board instead of the small one as it made ironing a little awkward, but apart from that it was great.

Food and weathere were fab

Kaarina was a great host. the apartment had everything you could wish for down to a first aid box. safe and air con. all furnishings were in very good condition bed was very comfortable, 6 bath towels were left for us and soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided. there was a washing machine if needed and as it was near Christmas there was even a small Christmas tree. will definitely be back. it was close to catch buses and train. entrance to block was so inviting too. loved it.

there was nothing we disliked

All good Kaarina met us- what a great owner she is. She left us some milk sugar coffee teas biscuits crisps lovely bottle of wine, excellent communication kept in touch and sent excellent restaurant recommendations, allowed us to stay in the room until 1pm on last day highly recommended will visit again and recommend to family thanks for everything 😊💕

The property was very clean, well layed out, has all the facilities that you need, free Wi-Fi, great location and the host Kaarina was very welcoming, attentive and is a lovely person. Had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Benalmadena.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property.

Kaarina is a great host. She makes sure everything is perfect for your stay. Goes above and beyond. The little touches she leaves you on your arrival are very special and very much appreciated.

The apartment was perfect for us. So very clean. Everything you could need was there. Kaarina went above and beyond to ensure we had a great holiday. She recommended restaurants which were amazing and helped in every possible way. Thank you Kaarina.

A lot of UK and Irish pubs were in the area it might have been nicer if more Spanish places nearby.

From the moment I arrived I was extremely impressed with this apartment building. The outside front/reception/stairways were very clean and smart. Kaarina had contacted me prior to arrival by text and I felt very reassured by the arrival/check in process, I met Kaarina and she gave me thorough viewing of the apartment, nothing seemed to much trouble. The apartment was effectively on the ground floor although the lift was necessary for access. The apartment was extremely smart, modern, clean and well laid out, with excellent shower facility. Toiletries/towels were provided. The room had a safe and all the usual kitchen equipment. The free wifi was better and more effective than most hotels/apartments and the property benefited from Netflix an Amazon Prime Video. I found the apartment quiet and very comfortable. I really failed to find any negatives about this apartment, it truly was first class and I would definitely use again when I go to Benalmadena....

The stay was amazing and totally worth the value.
