HORRIBLE staff. Starting from the cleaning ladies, through waitresses and reception hosts, ending at general manager. HUGE disappointment. Hotel is located in a beautfiul neighbourhood, walking distance from the old town, furnished with some nice design and the food in the restaurant is exceptional, but that's where it ends with good points. My stay started with 15 minutes waiting for the check-in, even though it was after midnight and there was only one host taking care of the guests. Then my room wasn't cleaned for a whole day - "by mistake" - what I heard from the reception manager. Spider's web in the bathroom stayed for my whole stay (3nights). In the restaurant the waitresses were rude and uneducated. They didn't even know what they were serving. During breakfast nobody came to collect my order regarding some extra food or beverages. I spoke with the GM about that, but he was having a very good time talking with me and didn't even care what I was saying... he just told me that he hires all the people that are on the market, otherwise he could close the hotel... that was such a poor experience, the expectations were really high, but they didn't even try to fullfill some basic guest requirements. When coming to Wroclaw - avoid staying in this hotel.

Das 'Bridge' ist ein modernes, eher kühles Business-Hotel in ruhiger Lage auf der Dom-Insel. Allerdings werden für Gesellschaften auch Partys bis tief in die Nacht veranstaltet, wobei Gäste auch nach draußen zum Rauchen gehen, was die Nachtruhe leider beeinträchtigt. Es wird ein sehr vielseitges Frühstücks-Buffet angeboten, die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter bringen Kaffee und kleine warme Speisen. Trotz der langen Frühstückszeiten bildete sich am Wochenende eine lange Schlange, so dass wir an der Rezeption darum baten, unser Frühstück zu stornieren oder einen weiteren Raum zum Frühstücken zu öffnen. Die sehr nette Dame bedauerte, dass sie keine Kontaktmöglichkeit zum Frühstückspersonal habe und telefonierte mit zwei Vertretern des Managements. Das Ergebnis war, dass die Zusatzräume bereits anderweitig vergeben waren und eine Erstattung des Frühstücks nicht möglich war. So mussten wir 20 Minuten anstehen, bis wir endlich einen Platz bekamen. Das Management reagierte auf die Überfüllung mit einem Aushang, in dem es die Gäste aufrief, zur Vermeidung von Warteschlangen einfach früher zu frühstücken. Anstatt sich um eine gästefreundliche Lösung zu suchen, hat man so das Problem einfach den Gästen zugeschoben.

The Bridge Wrocław is a modern, super cool hotel and is fairly new. We have very large rooms with great views. Breakfast was one of the best on our tour of Poland. We also ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and it was quite delicious.

Architecturally the place is just stunning. The technology is top-notch. They have a push button water on in the shower and central light system where you turn on all the lights you want and you can turn them on/off in this configuration by 1 master switch. The food is amazing, meat and eggs sourced from the local free-range farmer. The only downside is an annoying proprietary internet provider which doesn't work with automatic passwords and you have to type in your email every time on every device to log into internet.

The hotel is super modern with beautiful design when it comes to the lobby, restaurant and the bar area. It has the outdoor terrace with the food truck/bar next to the hotel as well as a roof terrace with a relaxation lounge, spa, wet and dry sauna. The only thing missing is a pool or some jacuzzi. Our room had a beautiful view of the cathedral especially at the sunset and came equipped with all the essentials necessary to make your stay pleasant. The bathroom in particular was a state of the art when it comes to ultra modern fixtures for example on push on and off shower faucet. The restaurant is a top notch, serving food which is made from local products to satisfy the palate of the most demanding guests. So enjoy!
