The staff were friendly. The bar at the hotel, Vibe, was so amazing. Beautiful views over Jeju city. The 2 staff members were so helpful and friendly. The music was 👍

Although the room looked like the picture on the website, the furniture was older and the space was smaller than the photos. There was absolutely no shelf space in the bathroom.

No shelf space in the restrooms and the room was not very functional and had a musty smell.

The location was good, it was pretty clean and the staff was helpful.

The room had a very bad smell, like mold. Unless we'd leave the window open to let some fresh air inside, the smell was unbearable.

The bed was really confirtabla. The location was ideal to reach the airport (10 minutes by taxi), do shopping and find nice restaurants. Most of the meeting points for organized daytours are walking distance.

The facility was nit like in the puctures. The hitel must be older and you can see the sign of usage on the floor, walls and furniture. Eventhough the room was clean it gave you the impression of dirty and a bit smelly. The skybar was very empty and did nit meet the expectations based on tge photoes at all.

Like the location and proximity to shops, restaurants. Ample parking space
