Not well maintained, very utilitarian feel, hard and dirty floor, definitely not a 4-star hotel, 3-3.5-star at best, no hair dryer, basin choked

1. Water pressure in the shower was strong 2. Bed was ok, no back ache. Sheets were clean. 3. Easy car park access across the street, free 4. Many eateries around the area, mini supermarket across the street

1.We stayed in rooms 506 and 507 and there was a strong chemical paint smell in the room as soon as you enter. It goes away only after a few hours when the air cond is turned on. 2.The rooms are older than it looks in the pics, needs to refurbished, especially the kind of flooring layover used. And there are chips and dents in the walls which makes the room look abit run down. 3. The colour scheme of the room is red and grey, which is quite dark. The lights in the room are not bright enough at night, dim at the corners of the room.

Room was nice and cleaning service very good. Love the top floor bar. Special thanks to the couple running it. They really looked after me and made me feel special. Special thanks to them for the warm welcome and company.

Quiet rooms in a good location. we slept very well and had a nice stay. we got everything we needed in the room!

The room had a bad smell after cleaning. after opening the windows it was ok. the floor was also not super clean because of the material. and the hotel bar is really expensive in comparison to the bars in town.

Everything was great during my stay. Good location with easy pick up for tours from the 2 duty free and within 20 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants around as well to choose from. Special thanks to the owners of the bar on 16th floor. They took special care of me and I will remember this forever 😍
