Southwest Inn at Sedona

Great say for 1 night

The room was spacious. Shower had enough water pressure. Room was clean staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

I asked to not have a view of your parking lot, and I didn't get that. But what I got was a view of your neighbor's parking lot. I had to walk the length of the building to get access to the 1 ice machine for the whole hotel. Not to mention I could not get access when the front desk was closed. The tv in my living room did not work. There was no light over the steps leading up to my room. Had I or my wife taken a fall during the wet weather during our stay, I would have sued you and I would be the new owner by years end. And finally, when I asked for a zero balance receipt as I checked out, I was denied by a female desk clerk stating she couldn't because it was booked through a third party website and by printing it up it would show a different customer number that was different than your customer number. And that would "confuse " me. That was the last thing I remember about my $600 stay at your very worn "Inn. "

The room was decorated nice and was clean. We had an upstairs room that had a great view and balcony. The overall look of the hotel was also nice/above average. The breakfast buffet was great. The Hot tub was also great (we didn't go in the pool). The only things I can think of that would be a negative was the traffic noise was a little loud and It would have been nice to have a microwave in our room. Overall we would recommend this hotel.

I loved the fireplace and jetted tub. The hot tub needs some repair.

Clean spacious room! Shower and Spa tub. Loved the fireplace. Bath bombs and bath salts included! Just what we needed after a hike. We will stay again.

Perfect proximity for some great hiking trails. The front desk employees were kind and helpful

I went for the Sedona marathon and stayed at this lovely establishment. The hot tub was wonderful. The pool was heated. A nice continental breakfast awaited every morning rooms had fireplace very comfortable and the staff was amazing. Five star.

Your next to a highway for what it's worth. For the the price-- don't have high expectations.
