"Southwestern Flair in Sedona"

Beautiful hotel with classic Southwestern/Sedona touches. The exposed wood beams, fireplace, and kokopelli details were greatly appreciated. I grew up with grandparents in Sedona that had a similar aesthetic to their home and enjoy coming up a few times a year to reconnect with the area and visit their crypt. Southwest Inn will be my go-to spot from now on.

The room is cute, roomy, and unique. I like the fireplace which I turned on every time get back to the room. Learning from other review, I choose the 2nd floor room and I love it. Sitting at the upstair balcony and enjoying the view is perfect. It is located abit off the mountain so red rock mountain view is limited. However, it is only 10 mins of driving to many trail heads, and many restaurants nearby as well. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is simple but has good variety. I really enjoy my stay there.

We stayed for two nights, and it was absolutely wonderful. All staff we spoke to were kind and helpful! The property was clean, and we very much enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again, and recommend it to friends and family!

Front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not a lot of options for dining within walking distance. Sound proofing between room above not good.

To my surprise the shower did not work and there was No Walter in the faucet I talked to the front desk lady and she said that she will try to call maintenance but never did. She told me that the manager “will try to call me “ and never did I guess the manager never TRIED This is not the way how you treat the platinum members!!! I won’t recommend this hotel
