Bay Cottage

Perfect place for a quiet reflective time. View was amazing!!

Gorgeous view & quiet, private location. Fresh flowers, cookies and fruit were waiting for us on arrival. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Not a problem for us, but if you're 6'2 or taller, you'll have to duck to get under the porch roof & while taking taking a shower.

Beautiful location overlooking Discovery Bay - SO quiet and peaceful. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. Kayaks were available but I didn't bring clothes for that. Grounds were nicely maintained with lots of flowers and walkways. Trail to the beach down the stairs on the property. Wifi was good, and the electric fireplace provided some ambiance and lots of heat. Every thing was well thought out and available. Kitchen was a little cramped but I didn't do a lot of cooking. Bed was super comfy and the towels were so nice, fluffy and new. Host Ed was wonderful to chat with, offered all kinds of info but he made sure he wasn't being intrusive (he wasn't). Sitting on the porch drinking coffee in the morning or in the afternoon was wonderful, and there were deck chairs on the patio. There was a hose available if needed for washing sand off your shoes. Shower had lots of hot water.

Bay Cottag me Has the perfect rustic cottage feel with amazing views and sunsets . The host is friendly and informative of what to do in The area and on the property. Unplug and relax watching wildlife and with a short drive do some shopping or grab a bite in historic Port Townsend.

The location was lovely with access to the beach and great views. The cottage was like our own little house so very private and peaceful. Our host, Ed, is very friendly and gentle man. He was available whenever we needed anything, but otherwise left us to ourselves. When Ed met us on arrival he showed us on a map places of interest in Port Townsend and how to get to them, good places to eat out if we wanted, and where to get the best fresh fish to bring home and cook in our own kitchen! For us, so much better than a motel or hotel!

Cute place, it had amenities that weren’t listed and were a nice additional touch like a pedal boat. The host was a great guy. Being on the water was great.

The property was comfortable and quirky, very well equipped with a lovely outlook over the sea.

We booked this cottage for a wedding we were attending in Port Townsend. Ed greeted us and gave us a tour, and was very friendly. The cottage is very close to Port Townsend for day trips, but it is also just a lovely space to relax in. The cottage is clean, quaint, and very cute. The views of the bay are gorgeous, and we had a very nice time during out stay!
