Horrible odor, unclean room, bathroom floor falling in, broken lamp, room obviously not upkept, blanket was stained and filthy

It wasn’t cleaned or even vacuumed. It has German cockroaches and stink bugs all over the place. The bathroom and shower were covered in grime.

The staff member was kind and helpful. That was the one redeeming factor.

The rooms are old and not very clean. Mildew in bathroom, Trash was in the room when I checked in.

I liked the closeness to my destination.

The room was dirty, smelled like cigarettes and no smoke detector. Lots of dust and grime and the carpet was in horrible shape. Only stayed one night.

Z was humorous and a pleasure to comminicate with. other staff were indifferent. Overall The Property is Attractive due to the location and name Penns Wood 👍 Thank you.

Worse place I've ever seen, I'm constantly itching, have welps on me , bedbugs are so bad,I may have to get medical treatment,the people running it are hard to find, they don't understand how prebooking works,there is no hot water,the showers just barely trickles,no hot water,the place is disgusting

I loved how close to the PA Ren faire it was. But it was not worth how dirty it was.

It was so dirty I left without staying. They refused to reimburse me for the 2 days I was not there.
