Nice hotel, great location, safe, plenty to do around the area

This is a great option for families or even couples getaway weekend. Plenty of space for everyone. Property had nice outdoor areas. Lots of walkable options for dinner and entertainment.

Chambre ne ressemblant pas aux photos, prévus initialement pour 4 personnes mais pas possible d’utiliser le Boon cuisine car prévu pour 2 seulement et très étriqué, réservation faite avec Booking et donc impossible à upgrader sur place pour une suite deux chambres même si disponible et bien sûr payer le supplément , on a dû prendre un studio en plus et donc doubler les frais…. À l’accueil aucun effort et nous a dit directement vous avez réservé avec Booking donc ce n’est pas possible !! Le petit déjeuner change en fonction de la semaine ou du week-end où il n’y a plus grand choix.

This is an older hotel, but in really good shape. Downtown and close to everything. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance. Easy on and off I-80 too. No exercise room. The pool is for kids not lap swimmers, and is outdoors. Breakfast was very good. Fox News was on 24 hours in the eating space, darn it. The Weather Chanel was on in the lobby which sort of evened things out. Overall I would recommend this place if you want to be in the heart of the city.

Understaffed in general. This location has 2 buildings and there was a HUGE party on Friday night when we had walked back from the convention center. We were threatened upon entering the building (#2) which there was no staff at and the front desk’s response was “I don’t feel safe to leave my building (#1) please call the police”. Police were called, kids fled to cars, there were still kids in the building (ran up and down the halls all night) as we feared to leave our room and put a chair in front of our door. I requested multiple times that night, Saturday and Sunday to be contacted by a manager (as there was no one on call or available any of these days). Sunday at checkout the breakfast attendant was receiving keys and leaving a note for the front desk attendant for “when they arrived” (this was at 9am on a Sunday. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Walls were thin so I could hear all my neighbors at all hours of the night. Had personal effects stolen from my room. When I complained, I was given the usual run around, then the initial GM quit and I was left in the dark. Would not recommend this hotel, building 2 has more security than building 1.

Excellent Stay

Very nice hotel, very good breakfast, near downtown

We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was beyond perfect! Everything inside and outside our room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning had a wide selection of food with a big dining area. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting the Salt Lake City area.
