"Clean but run-down"

This place has seen better days. The room and hallways are in need of a serious renovation. This is the second time i've stayed there and probably won't again unless nothing better is available. The one person I interacted with at the desk was very nice but everything seems a little run down and dated. The bed wasn't comfortable. The toilet seemed to be 12 inches off the ground which was really strange. The shower/bath controls were a challenge to turn on and off (I don't know how an older person would have neen able to pull the handle out as it was hard). The bottom of the bathroom door rubbed against the floor mid-swing while opening, etc. etc. A log of little things. It was clean but run-down is the best I could describe it.

"We asked to be moved but it was sold out.. told we could not get any compensation because we booked through booking.com"

Location ( close to the Big E )

The location of our room It was too close to the front desk and breakfast.. we were awake at 6 am because we could hear everyone talking like they were in our room
