The sheets were so soft and silky. Everything was clean and well organized, the staff, from check in, house keeping and especially the breakfast hosts were friendly and welcoming.

No fault of the staff or facilities, but there was a noise issue on our floor after 11 pm. An angry guest started pounding on the door of people who had music on loudly and yelling. I never heard the music, but the angry guy scared me a bit. Cause I was already awake, I could hear staff (friendly) and possibly police (authoritative) address the situation. I eventually got back to sleep.

Certain parts of the hotel were dirty, the elevator, the pool, the bathroom. When I checked in it also smelled like cigarettes.

I booked this hotel for my wife and daughter. Upon arrival, they were forced to sign a contract that they would not be throwing a party and were additionally mandated to provide a $250 deposit on their credit card. The hotel was in close proximity to the highway, noisy and rather unkempt. Would not recommend ever giving this facility business again. Have also never had this sort of experience upon check-in utilizing hotels.com worldwide.

Pool open only at 09h00 in the morning and close at 21h00 at night, should be 1 hour earlier and 1 h later. Pool close by labour day is too early. Free breakfast is very good doors are lock for safety before 10h am.
