Our hotel room was not very clean. Mold in areas but we unfortunately only noticed it after the kids had fallen asleep from a long day of traveling.

For family events but modified for bad weather. Hotel.com would not allow me to cancel one of my 2 nights even though I had paid for early cancellation. I would have to cancel my entire reservation and there were no rooms available to reserve the one night via hotel.com or the Hampton Inn. Had to pay for 2 nights but only used 1night. Also paid double costs for each night for prime season. A credit towards my next visit would be nice.

"Not the Hampton quality"

This is not the quality of a Hampton that charges over $300 for the night. It was clean but needs renovations. Walls are thin that you could hear every little noise. I woke up several times thinking there was someone in my room. bedding was of cheap quality and pillows were as flat as can be. Even the coffee in the room was the worst brand it could be. Microwave old. TV cable kept fading out the channels so couldn’t even enjoy watching TV. We skipped the breakfast because it did jot look appetizing. The only plus side was that it was in a shopping plaza that had a variety of restaurants. All in all not like other Hamptons I have been to and we travel alot.

Many things in our room were in poor condition. The outlets were loose and we couldn’t charge our phones as well as use a curling iron. Walls were paper thin and you could hear everything on the floor. Even my kid who sleeps through anything couldn’t sleep because of how loud it was. The room was damp, and smelled like mildew. Staff wasn’t very friendly and the breakfast had limited options, and the food they did have was stale and gross.. can’t believe what we paid to stay in this rundown hotel. Will not being staying at a Hampton inn again.
