"Comfortable welcoming stay"

Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. John in particular was so friendly and true treasure. Wonderful comfortable bed and with plenty of pillows. Large television and reliable wifi. Close to a variety of shops and eateries. Well lit, clean bathroom. Only complaint was the lack of a lift. Dragging luggage up the stairs was draining after a long couple of days travel. I was thankful a fellow guest came to my rescue on the second flight of stairs.

"Great stay. Pet friendly. Close to everything."

The front lobby. Was decorated nicely. Liked the colours. Person at front desk was kind and welcoming. They are pet friendly. The area was perfect. All the stores and restaurants were within 5-10 min. As well as highway when we needed to leave.

Cleanliness of the room was good but there were a few little things that could use some improvement. But overall great stay
