Comfy beds, staff was very nice, price was cheaper than others around, breakfast was good

I asked to check in early and guy up front said give him till 2 or 2:30 and hed call us with a room for us (we had a UVA Wise vs Lenoir Rhyne football game at 3:00 to get ready for). He never called so we got ready in my truck at the game. It was remodeled, but had that old smoking room smell, walls are paper thin, you heard folks in and out all night, didnt get a good night of sleep cause people all around being loud, shower pressure was barely enough to get the shampoo out of my hair. I couldn't imagine how my wife felt with long hair.
