"We can always depend on the Hampton Inn to be what we expect it to be....comfortable and easy."

We like the breakfast and the rooms. No matter where we are, the Hampton Inn is the same so we always know what to expect.

The fruit at the breakfast could have been fresher.

The room was comfortable and just the right size. The bathroom still had hair in it from the last person so that was less than stellar. The desk clerk was super friendly and gave me a couple of bottles of water when I checked in. The location to stores and families was great. The breakfast wasn't so great though.

The first room I was in the bed was broken the second room I was in the AC heating unit rattled all night long I decided to go down to breakfast the hard boiled eggs look like they've been out for six days the pancake batter was congeled

Clean facility, decent gym, good breakfast

Booking.com promised a king study (king bed, twin bed and a couch) but the hotel did not have that configuration at all. Not sure why booking. Com made that error

"Nice updated hotel with bad bones"

Overall a very convenient location for travel and food options. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however hot water was nearly non existent for showers or shaving. The toilet in my room was loud every time you flushed it and needed repair. It also clogged flushing after just a #1 so I had to get a plunger from the front desk to fix it myself.
