Its amazing and the staff is really nice and helpful .

It was dirty,outdated,hot,toilet didn’t flush,smelly,etc.etc.etc…. Very disappointed

Shower handle broke off so I was not able to shower, and A/C did not work and when I asked the front desk for help I was told I don’t know what I can do for you, had to have my key card fixed every day, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel

Was a war zone, asked to swap rooms and were denied, checkout the same day checked in. We were booked to stay 3 nights and denied a refund even though we did not stay. Room was suppose to be smoke free and smelled like an ashtray Manager claimed could not refund because it was booked via hotels.com and they claim the hotel won’t refund me

This hotel is terrible. It is under serious construction. Dusty and dirty. The bathroom has mold, the box spring has urine and blood on it. The area around the hotel is very scary! I had to place the couch against the door in order to feel safe. The pictures on the website are from a long time ago!! I should have ran, but the room was already changed to me.

They knocked and if they didn't hear you which was mostly all the time they immediately used their keys to open the door
