Days Inn by Wyndham Midland

Property states breakfast, they don’t serve breakfast. paint chipping from ceiling, lights not properly working in the room, room was dirty. Overall I didn’t feel safe.

The facility was tattered, and being poorly, and slowly renovated. The room that I stayed in should be torn down, and totally renovated, from the filthy and smelly RUG, to the rediculously rinky dink bathroom, toilet, and shower. The electrical outlets looked very dangerous, the room door was very unsafe, leaving a GAPING 1/2 gap between the bottom of the door, and the floor. I stuffed TOWELS under the door in order to keep any CRITTERS out. The person at the fron desk was friendly and helped me a few times, but he DID forget to get me a WORKING REMOTE for the rivketty TV. I didnt get much sleep due to the paper thin walls, and all of the FOOT TRAFFIC walking throughout the lobby area. I was TOTALLY UNSATISFIED to say the least. To say THE MOST, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

The clerks were nice and that is the only good thing that I can say about the property. This place needs to be shut dowm immediately!

Everything should have been better. The hotel is in the worst shape that I have ever seen. It was extremely nasty! I was afraid that I caught some sort of disease! The clerks did allow me to change rooms but the second room was just a terrible as the 1st room. I was told that they only had one house keeper at the time however it was more than apparent that cleaning had not been a priority in a long time! Hotel was falling apart, I felt like this was a place that squatters had taken over and trying to make money and not a revertible hotel chain!

Rooms were not up to date so they urgraded me then when the manager found out i got upgraded she wanted to charge me more so i requested a refund and left and i have not seen my refund its been 4 days

Nothing, the room was so filthy we left. Dropped key at the office and left. Drugged up manager didn't even acknowledge me.

Nothing, didn't stay due to filthy conditions. Would expect booking.com to get my money back. Can't believe booking.com even represents such a disgusting place.

It was dirty, in a room for two people you were only allowed two towels unless you took the other back. Had to request that the trash be taken out after four days.
