房間大又乾淨，床很舒服很好睡，適合轉機需要休息的旅客。有接駁車往返機場，也有供應早餐，早上5點半就開始了👍 整體而言，房間的舒適度尤其是好睡的床、乾淨的浴室以及早餐、還有入住時提供的罐裝礦泉水，都是幫助調整時差的周到服務❤️

"I would go back only for the location and for your room"

Close to the airport, I loved the room

The lobby should be more presentable and definitely change the “cafeteria” concept to a more attractive space where people could actually be comfortable and use that space. Nobody sits there because it’s uncomfortable and bad lighting and looks like a cafeteria. I would make it part comfortable relax, reading or working space and part food, snack self serve area

Convenient to O’Hare and to included a free airport shuttle which was perfect!

A little noisy, as you could hear noise in the hallway and next room.
