I had to book this room after my flight was canceled several times during the recent snow storm and I basically was stranded because of American Airlines. The staff were so kind and patient as I was so tired and almost out of money. The room, the breakfast, and the staff were 5 star. I even liked the fact I could buy a little something to eat because I was starving when I arrived that night. I also liked the merchandise sold there. I also really appreciated the free shuttle service. Thank you so much.

I absolutely did not like the fact you all wouldn't take my bank card for incidentals. I do not use credit cards anymore but finally was allowed to pay cash for incidental and was refunded back after they checked out my room at check out time.

Great hotel conveniently located near O'Hare with free shuttle. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the airport and they drop you off at your terminal. The hotel is clean with comfortable beds and good storage. If we ever need a Chicago airport hotel, we'll stay here.
