Best Western Palm Garden Inn

Rooms are too exposed to outdoor.

Room was a bit dated. Breakfast was great with lots of good breakfast options. None of the vending machines on the property work so you were not able to get any snacks or pop.

Check-in was easy and seamless. The room was basic but clean. I could appreciate the coffee maker in the refrigerator, but that was about it. The mattress was horrible. The shower valve was loose and needs to be replaced. The walls seemed paper thin. Would have liked to have used the jacuzzi but by the time the kids were done doing cannonballs it was closed.

The setup was ideal, no worries about the neighborhood

I come here often it’s cozy, close to the freeway plenty of food and shopping and only 5 miles from the beach. The staff is always nice warm and welcoming

The environment is safe, close the restaurant, easy to get bus, and very bright in night time.

It’s good for me

20 mins from Huntington Beach. A lot of shopping centers and things ta do around. Having the jacuzzi tub in the room was very nice

The pool was to cold. Took along time to adjust to the water temperature

Quiet right next to Walmart and Costco. I forgot my AirPods and they called me. :))

Doors don’t fully seal, so you hear everything happening outside your room. Musty smell in the room. Breakfast is advertised from 7-10 but if you come past 8:59 everything is put away… not worth your money trust me.

Pool is not heated, old hotel, bathroom smell bad with odors. Worst Bestwestern of all
