Decent enough. Was told it had recently changed hands. Maybe it will get better. One of our rooms had very wet carpet and mold growing on the lamp shades. Needs a serious! Update

Upon entering the room, there were two large stains on the carpet. The tub had mildew around the entire edge. Hair in the bed, shaving stubble in the sink. Hair on the floor. TV didn't work. Large gap under the door, where bugs can crawl in. The linens did not smell fresh instead, musty. It was NOT worth $140. Will not be back.

Dirty room. Broken, stained furniture. Loud air conditioner all night. Not friendly staff. Charge pet fee of $45 per pet; an additional human could stay for less.
