"I've said it all above. Wish I had pictures to show you. Call the Brooklyn Center police...."

Breakfast area was dirty, food scattered everywhere with no one cleaning it up as the morning went on. Did not eat there, only had coffee which was tasteless.

Location next to African bar and grill called Jamba Africa. Loud and boisterous people and music... listened to the sound of heavy bass thumping the first night. . Second night on Saturday it was worse. Finally, at 1:45 AM, I called the Brooklyn center police for violating the noise restrictions for the city. Police knew all about this place having had to go there multiple times before. Police broke it up but the people hung around outside showing their anger for the police interference. Secondly, sketchy people and behavior...l saw people coming in and out all day and night long, sometimes with a girl and hanging around inside the lobby or going to a room. Seemed to me they were using this place to have sex encounters with NO ONE AT THE DESK MONITORING. A real free for all. I felt at risk, so I packed up and left at 2:30AM while there was still police presence in the hotel parking lot by my car. Worst and most frightening hotel stay ever. This place should be shut down as it is not monitored, room not clean (bed had pieces of something when I pulled the sheets back in one of the queen beds). Rusty faucet, unclean toilet, air conditioner didn't work well since everything and I mean everything was damp including the carpeting and all of my clothes were damp and wrinkled. Shameful. It's this usual for choice hotels? I'll never stay at one of your hotels again and I'll spread the word. How about my $200+ dollars back for this hotel not delivering the expected restful 2 nights in a clean, quiet, peaceful setting while traveling.
