Good location, easy check in

Our first room wasn't cleaned, Seems that the housekeepers didn't communicate with front desk very well because when we got a new room that wasn't cleaned either. After going down for the 3rd time the owner offered to walkup with to make sure the 3rd room was ready which it was however I feel there should have been some sort of accommodation offered for the hassle and inconvenience it caused.
