Nice staff and the lobby was nice. The beds were comfortable. The tub could have been cleaner - there was mold.

I didn't like that the free breakfast didn't have much to it. Bare minimum - toast, cereal, waffles etc, but nothing cooked - like eggs or anything. I think for $110. for the night they could have offered more.

The room was alright

That one employee, sandra taylor..told a manager, jennifer bradley.. I was a big time known drug dealer in the city.. when I have only ever been in that city 3 times in my life and had never met either of these women before.. then they accessed my personal information from the data base and googled me and looked up my criminal record ..Jennifer Bradley proceeded to tell me they done all this as I was checking out on 4-27 and said they put me on a list..hotels are strictly prohibited from using guest p.i.i..for non business purposes..it's also an invasion of privacy, and defamation/slander ..i will be reaching out to a lawyer and contacting corporate over this issue and contacting the attorney Generals office ..

Breakfast was sufficient. Donuts from the bakery were very good. I always have yogurt everyday for breakfast and was happy to see that was provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

For the most part the room was good. Beds were clean and fresh. Bathroom had toiletries if needed. I dropped something on the floor and it went a little way under the bed and when I retrieved it I saw that the floor under the bed was very dusty and a sock was left there. The lamp shade between the beds was ripped. Rooms could use a little updating. Vent in the bathroom hadn't been dusted in quite a while. I left a black travel jewelry case that was embroidered with a flower and my name on the stand under the TV and it disappeared. Contained a necklace and a pair of earrings. I reported it to the front desk but haven't heard anything from them. I checked everywhere for it but to no avail.

The check in time was 3:00 P.M. and we had to wait until 3:45 before we could get in the room; and we have been told that they forgot to put the room on the list to be cleaned. I had reserved a room with a King size Bed and they gave us a room with two Smaller beds. The shower was dirty. I am expecting a refund .

This building is in a terrible state of disrepair. In my opinion it appears the owner has given up and just waiting for the building to cave in. The staff is doing the best they can with what they have to work with.

Smoke alarm in room had been removed obviously due to an issue and not replaced. Bed was clean, but room was not - water stain on coffee table, light switch in bathroom very dirty, headboard had filmy prints on it. Clearly, no one in the room had reported issues to supervisor or management. Breakfast was mainly made up of donuts, toast, muffins, waffles - leaving someone like me with gluten issues very little to eat. No fresh fruit.
