"It met the need but not the expectations."

Clean and convenient

The hotel room had no hot water in the shower, so had to take a bath in the sink. Very disappointed. Had driven 14 hours from Florida and decided to spend the night at Quality Suites. Not the type of shower I was expecting.

The location from the interstate and king bed option

The bathroom needed some major scrubbing and wiped down. There were many areas that were not wiped down, shower walls for example and water marks all over the mirror, tile floor needed scrubbing.

Breakfast was almost nonexistent. If you didn’t like cereal or waffles you were out of luck.
