The night clerk was the best thing about my whole stay. The treadmill and elliptical machines didn’t work. It was hard to get my shower working. There was hair in the tub. And the people above me were extremely loud at 4am.
Caitlyn at the front desk was excellent. The room he put us in was great. Nice fluffy towels and smooth feeling sheets. The breakfast was delicious restaurant style not buffet. We give this hotel two thumbs up👍👍

The room was outdated, but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
They don't clean your room or make the bed or replenish used towels or soaps during multi day stays. Then they leave a note encouraging tipping. The overall condition was older but nicely maintained. The room was clean when we got there. The breakfast was OK but needed more options.
I remember years ago when the Shilo was top of the line for Idaho falls. Why would you have a “mumbler” behind the front desk to check you in? I finally stopped asking “what?” How hard is it to have working ice machines? The sofa in my suite had hair all over it so I didn’t dare sit in it. The small tv isn’t a “smart” TV and has very poor resolution. The refrigerator turned clear down as cold as it would go doesn’t work well. Won’t freeze water. The dining room was clean, the breakfast was really good. The linens were clean. Bed was comfy. It’s kinda run down. I was disappointed.
Room 0was nice apnd clean but wouldnt attempt to shoeer in bathroom because it was so bad. In need of major remodeling
Tub had rust stains carpet didn’t feel I could walk bear foot old and out dated breakfast sad excuse especially when it closes before time was supposed too hot tub needed a cleaning.
It sits along snake river and has easily accessible walkways along with great staff.
Toilet, sinks and curtains we're dirty and trash cans were disgusting.
