Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta - Perimeter Center North

I have been screwed by Hotel.com for the second time since Feb. you show nice hotels on your site , but when you get there it is different from pictures.

Staff was extremely unprofessional, guests were smoking weed outside rooms and staff did nothing about it, room had burn marks on night stands from previous people smoking inside, pool was not usable. Have stayed at property years prior numerous time and it has extremely gone down hill from not being taken care of properly.

The hotel provided me with the serenity I needed. I felt tucked away in a beautiful king size bedroom with walk-in closet and a living room with big windows and full kitchen. It was a wonderful experience!!

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. The walls are thin, we heard noise from upstairs, outside, and next door. The noise wasn't disruptive, just more than we are use to when at a hotel.

The property is extremely outdated. When you walk into the rooms everything looks dingy. The room I stayed in had an extremely dirty couch. The pull out bed on the couch was one of the dirtiest mattress’s I had ever seen. I was afraid to get under the comforter in the bedroom so I slept on top of it. The comforter smells strongly of bleach to the point where the smell lingers on your skin. Also, the bathroom was poorly cleaned. I

They promised a swimming pool that was never open nor was there any intention of opening it. The room smelled of smoke. Although the room was clean, there was trash outside of the room and on the grounds of the hotel. We left early. Surprised that as a national chain, Sonesta is not more involved here.

I like the beds and the TVs that's it. The unit (room) 511 has plumber issues, water lick from the above bathroom. We have to move to another room. The carpet smell bad, specially the room 511. The new unit 911 was a bit better, but not trash can, in the bathroom or kitchen. The refrigerator was in bad shape. I didn't use other appliances or kitchen utensils. The common area needs maintenance. No need to talk about furniture, are out updated...I was very surprise that Sonesta has that kind of property.
