Awful. The first room they put me in was filthy, had no towels, and no shower head. I complained and had them move me to another room which was only marginally better.
The staff lied. The room, towels, bed stank so bad it made my clothes and bags stink. After following protocol and cancelling my second night like i was told to do teice and then being told twice i would only be charged for the one night they ended up charging me for both nights. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Dirty room heat didn't work Awful service
We went to the hotel at 415p to check in the start time to check in was 3p, we waited over 20to get a room, then told the was a hundred dollar deposit that I would not be getting back for 7-10days then we finely were told what The room # was we opened the room and inside were clothing, food and other random belongs of someone else. Attempted to shower the bottom of the tub began to fill with debris, hair and other random things that came up from the drain, we were told we had a smoking room but n ash trays were provided, I went to the front lobby in the middle of the night to rest more towels r/t two of the 4 towel in our room were dirty, I had to agree to get them, it was just down right a horrible, unclean, and very disappointing stay. WILL NEVER GO BACK

Rates were excellent and exceded our needs. The staff was very proactive to make our stay comfortable.
We will definitely stay here again. They.are accomodating on booking more nights and front desk staff is friendly and helpful.
The room smelled bad. There was dog food on the floor. It was a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. The rooms are nothing like the pictures. Drove up and the woman cleaning the rooms was standing at the door of the room smoking and drinking a cup of something like she was on break.
Love the friendly young lady at the front desk. The room numbering and layout are a little strange but we figured it out. The room was neat and orderly.
The hotel is not clean at all , I was mistaken that I book with you ; and there is no one to check me out
