Easy access off highway
The room was dated and smelled. The bathroom wasn't clean and the sink drained slowly. Very noisy all night.
Room was ok. Found our room, the gap at the bottom of the door was large and let in light and air. Used cigarette butts inside the door. Shower handle was cracked and ready to come off. Shower knob wouldn’t pull all the way up for full shower. Bathroom light flickered. Toilet wouldn’t flush had to take the lid of and move the flapper manually. Bed was small and uncomfortable
Desk clerk very nice and check in went smoothly. Rented 4 rooms. One room the AC didn’t work, another the shower head was broken and tub drained super slow. “Hot” breakfast items were cold (at least could warm up in microwave). Pool was very dirty. Overall we did ok for a quick overtime stay while traveling.
Older property but in good condition. Room was nice.
The bed was comfortable but the room was not clean. One example is multiple hairs and stains in the shower. I'll spare other details but assume I'm a reasonable person who doesnt expect a 5-star experience in a $69 hotel. **BTW this is a motel, not a hotel, if that matters to you.
Needs maintenance and upgrades. More communication with patrons. I had to sign a waiver for $150 for smoking or pet damage when the room we stayed in was permeated with smoke & the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. What a joke! However, when I complained about the dirty bathtub, they were willing to move us. We were too tired & road weary to move things,so housekeeping cleaned the bathtub & toilet for us. I do give them an A for effort.
Carpet was not vacuumed and bathroom had hair from previous guest. Overall the place is pretty rundown and I did not expect this from a Wyndham property.
Room was clean, but shower handles were unclean looking. The sink drain was rusty. Bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows for a king bed.
The property is very noisy, there is rust in the tub, the air conditioning doesn't work very well, the remote for the TV doesn't work so there is only one volumn. The breakfast is nice but not much variety. The pool is dirty and not maintained very well.
