Our room wasnt ready and we didnt get there till after 4pm. The coffee and breakfast wasnt ready when it was suppose to be. Toliet was pluged up. No receipt given at check out. Will not stay there again.

I did your pre check in online. But the desk clerk did not have any record of it and it took an hour to check in. Also he had us booked in a smoking room which we made him change us to a non smoking room. He was not friendly at all. I called the front desk to ask about Wi-Fi and he took about 20 minutes to answer.

The room we were in smelled like dog pee. The refrigerator didn’t work. The bathroom door didn’t close without having the push it hard. And the toilet seat was loose and old. But the desk clerk was super nice considering we checked in at 3am. :)
