"short vacay with my love."

Very nice resort hotel. Location is the main attraction being right on the beach in la jolla. The hotel is a bit dated, and the rooms show it, but the view from the ocean front room makes up for it. The outdoor seating, and the beach view bar is excellent. one thing, I have been trying to figure out what the robes were in the rooms, but to no avail. No one at the resort would help me, so if anyone stays there in the near future, take a picture of the tag and post it!!! I want to buy a robe for my fiance, as she was in love with it.

"Location is Everything - Right on the Beach!"

Location, Location, Location! A perfect location for enjoying the beach. The pool and the patio are also very pleasant and convenient. The hotel is old but very clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Staff make you feel welcomed and well cared for. The rooms are clean with nice conveniences like bathrobes, coffee maker and bottled water. I would return to enjoy a few days on the beach.

You’ve been coming here for over 30 years. Kind of sad that the secret got out. We love it nonetheless. Want to give a big shout out to Wesley at beach services. Big smile, super friendly, willing to accommodate our needs, and works super hard. see you next year!

Great location, but for the price the hotel can use some love with up keep. AC unit barely worked. Beautiful restaurant sunsets and drinks, pool, activities for the kids and rooms were clean. We loved that we could walk around to the surf and easily store our boards in the balcony.
