The price was about $40 higher than every other super 8 I’ve stayed at and the room smelled like mildew almost .

"Love this place!"

This is my home away from home when I travel to NWA and I love staying here! The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The location is great - so close to lots of restaurants and shopping, and easy to get on I-49. I highly recommend!!

Very comfortable bed and pillows and the restroom were very clean. I would most definitely stay at your establishment again sometime in the near future and recommend to my friends to also book a stay at your facility as their needs arise in the future.

I had paid through Expedia and when I got to the hotel the girl behind the counter just went oopsies I charged your card twice. You'll get it back within 3-5 days. Then when I went to check out in the morning they couldn't print me a receipt, saying I booked online. Not to mention the parking lot wasn't entirely clear and there was a mountain of snow pushed up against the sidewalk we had to wade through to even get to the sidewalk to get to the room. I get the weather was bad and we were all dealing with it, but I couldn't even access the side walk. Thank goodness it was clean, but for what I paid for the night it was not worth all the extra headaches.

"Went on a game day weekend so we overpayed way too much because they knew they could raise the prices."

Convenient

Super old, they were also doing repairs at 9 in the morning on the floors outside the room. Wasn’t aware I was booking a smoking room so the smell was terrible.
