Hotel.com did not have a reservation for us . The lady at the desk really helped . She had nothing from hotel.com. She was able to get us a room anyway.

No breakfast

Everything was broken. Plugs on the lamps, all popping out of sockets, sink head was loosing and coming off, AC unit switch was broken. Hotel would be fine if at all maintained.

It is a little overpriced for what it is--a Super 8, and should be about $20 cheaper--and when I pulled into the parking lot, I remembered that the last time I was there, it was filled with work trucks. I was concerned it would be loud, but I travel with earplugs and didn't have an early awakening from those guys going to work. The room was clean, stocked with what I needed and close to where I needed to be the next day. I'll use it again next time I am in the area.

It was convenient to restaurants. The pool was nice. It was quiet.

Need better chairs and some tables at the pool. Need better mattress and carpet cleaned.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered premade breakfast like yogurts, breakfast bars, muffins etc. The pool was clean and the room were decorated with some amazing photography. Mainly the staff was simply amazing. Our room key wasnt working, they fixed it immediately and even walked back up with us to make sure it worked.

Should have known from the “now hiring housekeeping” sign out front, and the empty filthy pool. Worst experience I’ve had at a hotel ever? I don’t usually do this but have to warn others!! There were weird rusty colored stains on the sheets, a cigarette burn and the top sheet wasn’t fitted to the bed properly so it came off to reveal yellow stains that our feet had to touch. Extreme dust from years of neglect right on the box spring near our pillows. Wires falling out of their boxes. The chair in the room was covered in deep cig burns. The vent in the bathroom has never been dusted and it’s caked in it, and the ceiling in there is scary as well. We had to stay one night but checked out 2 days early. The person at the front desk Bobbie? Was extremely hostile. Called me a liar. Told me she would give me a FULL refund but then lied about it and only gave me a partial refund I still have yet to receive. Never been treated like this before by a hotels staff or is she the owner? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
