Very dirty smelled a lot of smoke

I liked that the staff was helpful with what I needed.

I did not like that my hotel room window was unlocked and would not lock. I luckily checked the window right before I went to sleep. The maintenance staff was immediately helpful and drill a tension rod into the window frame ao it would not open. I was staying on the bottom floor and anyone could have come through that window in the night. I was thankful for the staffs prompt fixing of the issue.

Had 5 people. Gave us a room that would only sleep 4. Switched rooms to one with a couch. That was great, but there weren't enough towels, there were no sheets for the couch, there was white stuff on the edges of the floor, the floor was sticky, the sheets were stained and the bed was uncomfortable. Went out the next day and came back expecting the room to be cleaned, etc. Had to go to the desk twice for the extra towels, extra sheets and toilet paper.

All good and cheap

The property was very dirty and in bad condition. We had to change rooms three times before we could find one we could stay in and it had black mold in the bathroom ceiling.

The pool was open which was nice.

Our room had one USED towel. The floor was soaking wet due to the air-conditioning leaking into the room. The room smelled like mildew and smoke as well. I moved the bed slightly to plug my charger into the wall and there was q-tips and used disposable cups behind the headboard. The room hasn't been cleaned well in some time. After bringing it up to the front desk I got a "yeah yeah" and a very short explanation about the wet floor. Then he waved us off. I have stayed at many Baymont's across the country due to work and this is by far the worst one I've stayed at. Save your money and health before you wake up sick

We had the best time, pool was clean and rooms were clean and comfortable, we will be back
