"A service served like her name, Smiley"

Smiley lived up to her name and then some! 😊 Smiley served us with a smile so bright it could power a small village in Namibia. Her jokes were on point, and she somehow managed to make our meal sound like a gourmet experience. If Smiley ever leaves, we'll follow her to wherever she's serving she's that good 😊 !!!

As always, the front desk staff (Kavee,Sharen,Kuuko,Metakie,Tisha,Tracy) are most welcoming after a long day of traveling. They are always accommodating and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is memorable. The hotel has all the amenities one needs and the location in central town is very convenient. Added that the hotel is situated next to a shopping mall makes life a lot easier. The sunsets from the pool deck are some of the most beautiful. Keep up the good work and hope to see you all soon.
