Residence Inn Dallas Las Colinas

This hotel is located in a busy area and feels quite outdated. The rooms definitely need an upgrade. We stayed for just one night, so it was manageable for that duration. However, in the morning, I went to get a cup for coffee, and it was filthy—so dirty that I wish I had taken photos to show it. We stayed in a loft room, which did have ample space, but the wall at the top was very short, making it unsafe for children. The hotel really needs to work with housekeeping to ensure that cups and utensils provided to guests are clean. Additionally, the rooms and bathrooms should be updated, as they look worn out. On a positive note, the staff was friendly during check-in.

The hotel is located in a nice and safe area, which we appreciated. There are several restaurants and pharmacies nearby, and the free parking is definitely a plus. However, the green areas were quite neglected, and the laundry area was very dirty. We even found beer cans around the property and broken beer bottles outside our room. The breakfast was disappointing — there weren’t many options, and one day there was no fruit at all. The room itself felt a bit dirty and poorly maintained, and the kitchen appliances and utensils were not properly cleaned.

Great stay. Clean room and quiet. I will stay again.

Free Breakfast has been better at other Mariott properties. This was very basic. No waffles like the other properties have would've been great

Rooms are like nice apartments. Breakfast is good but get to breakfast before the closing rush.

The staff was friendly from day one and the hotel was in close proximity to the convention center but was an affordable, comfortable option. Better than the other more expensive hotels in the area.

The full size and stocked kitchen was a plus, the rooms were spacious. The main check in area had some issues w the ceiling, looks like it had a leak at one point and it was not fixed yet. The breakfast could also use some improvement.
