The area was much better than described, absolutely perfect, unless you expect to be served in foreign languages

The family rooms were nothing like described on booking.com. There is not 60 m2 There is no private entry, you enter through the living room/kitchen the is shared by all rooms. The bathroom is open for everybody when I am not in the room and the is no tub and no hairdryer. There is no private kitchen. It would be nice with a reading light in the bedroom, like on the photo, so you would not have to get up to turn of the light after reading in bed.

The town is nice and located at a convenient spot near the highway and airport and Las Palmas. The appartment is located near ocean and with boulevard just around the corner. You can`t park the car in front of the appartment but som 50 meters away are parking places. The communal kitchen is well equipped

Handing over the keys upon arrival seemed for us to go well by chance because there was staff present. Other tenants who arrived in the late afternoon seemed to be less fortunate, having to make several phone calls before anyone showed up. The important furniture is very poor. The double bed is about to collapse because one of the support legs is loose. the only (office) chair is also almost falling apart. One can wonder why didn`t you report this. Well when we asked for a second bedside reading lamp the answer was "manana" and we never saw it. We did not sit on the chair and we propped up the bed ourselves by improvising. There is a roof terrace at the apartment, but the outdoor furniture is either broken and everything is dirty. The refrigerator's socket hangs loose from the wall, which seems quite dangerous to me.

Only property location.

Place not suitable for long stay and for families with children. Some rooms dont have windows or windows open into a corridor. When we arrived the host broght us to a totally different place and only after a long talk we managed to get to the place we booked. This is the place for 1 night stay! It was not clear who can use the kitchen. The advertisement says appartment with kitchen but the kitchen was a shared one between all guests of the house. Once there were 3 men who brought 1 woman for 1 night...this place is not for a rest. They use the place as a hotel for 1 night and a laundry. Always was loud and many strangers, we didnt feel safe. We couldnt close doors and windows because of every day laundry and people comming back and forward. On the day of arrival we asked for help with a collection from the airport (the appartment desciption has this option on advertisement) but we recieved no response only short reply 'bus 11' we were trying to find it but even locals didnt know about it, so we took a taxi. Guests of that place also were not happy with it, some of them relocated and some even said that this place shouldnt be on Booking.

Rooms could use some TLC and better cleaning

1) Fantastic location with seaside nearby 2) Uncomplicated key collection through phone call after spontaneous booking due to unexpected flight cancellations 3) Well-equipped shared kitchen 4) Huge terrace for sunbathing lovers

1) The room has a very small window with views towards neighbour's building cement wall. 2) You have your own bathroom but it's located "outside" the room. It's quite windy.
