You need to call a number to get the code for the key box. The person spoke to was very friendly but did not speak English, and I only have limited Spanish. There was confusion about which property it was.

It wasn't a luxery room (room 6) though it was big and provided more privacy than the rooms downstairs

Nice shared kitchen, all tools there. Grill on rooftop.

Frying pans need to be replaced asap. Teflon flakes off, can't be fried. Need new pan for induction cooker. And wooden shovel for pan as well. One room was blind, the garage window was blocked and dark.

Sound insulation, too noisy. No socket next to bed, no where to charge the phone. The facilities and too old and dirty and smells bad.
