My recent stay at the Clyde Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and a large part of that experience was thanks to Chantel, whose commitment to outstanding customer service truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, Chantel greeted me with warmth and professionalism, instantly making me feel welcome. She went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and stress-free, handling requests with efficiency, genuine kindness, and an attention to detail that is rare to find. Whether it was offering helpful recommendations, anticipating needs before I even had to ask, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, Chantel consistently delivered service at the highest level. It’s clear that she takes great pride in her work, and her positive attitude had a lasting impact on my overall experience at the hotel. Employees like Chantel are what transform a good stay into a truly memorable one. Very clean and the most comfortable beds and pillows! The decor in the hotel and guest rooms were very inviting and impressive.

Chantel at the front desk was incredibly helpful. My room was beautiful and had dramatic views of the mountains and downtown Albuquerque. The hotel lobby and bar are elegant.
