I want to commend the housekeepers; they do an excellent job—the room was impeccable. However, the lobby service—specifically the staff working there—is truly abysmal. I called days in advance to ask if the pool was operational and if the water was heated; they told me yes—that it was open year-round. I arrived at the pool with my children, and the water was freezing cold—extremely cold. That was the first mistake. Next, regarding parking: I had to pay $16, yet none of the receptionists who handed me my room keys mentioned that those same keys could be used to access the parking garage. Later, they charged me an additional $18 fee to park my car there. I had already paid the initial $16 to store my vehicle, but then I had to leave briefly to get some sodas; consequently, I ended up paying double because the reception staff explains absolutely nothing and offers zero guidance. Does the "Vista Room" basically not work, or is access restricted to only certain guests? The room next door—along with the two rooms immediately following it—were hosting a party inside the guest rooms. Wow. I really expected more from this hotel. I’m giving it one star, and that star is truly dedicated to the housekeepers. 👋✨

Nice hotel architecture.

Light was out in bathroom, other room lamp was unplugged and I had to crawl on my knees to plug it in. The hot tub was disgusting. Green and cloudy bottom layer. Charged me amenities daily fees when I couldn't use the hot tub and rebated me one day instead of three. Dinner restaurant is only a bar with very limited menu. No frig in room.
