From Friday to Sunday, the swimming pool is restricted to adults only. From 1 August to 31 August only, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool. Attractive foyer, view of Birmingham fantastic from my window....clean and comfortable

Couldn't get shower to work and had to ring reception 3 times before someone came up....slightly dilapidated now so could do with redecorating bedrooms but overall good stay

The hotel itself is lovely. The gentlemans lounge is a delightful little bar. The Spa facilities area excellent. Rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Staff were very efficient and check-in very straight forward.

For £600 for 2 nights, to be given a room with a shower over the bath is awful. We ordered the tiramisu once we got home from our gig, not only were we charge £5 delivery to our room but we were told it would be over an hour for delivery... 60mins for the cold dessert to be plated up, and taken to our room?

Nice hotel but extremely expensive compared to other hotels near by. We stayed 1 night and I'm not sure the service was worth £330pn It was a bit tired.

terrible stay, dirty room, lied to about being fully booked so couldnt move me out of my dirty room, told it was then cleaned again, came back and wasnt cleaned eventually moved rooms ( even though was told was fully booked) Hair all over shower wall, dirt all over the bed - not happy still had to pay over £300 for one night
