We stayed just one night here but would highly recommend it. The staff here were amongst the most helpful and friendly we've come across. Nothing was too much trouble. We were given a complimentary upgrade which was very much appreciated and our room was clean and very well equipped. Location is perfect for exploring Salzburg. Thank you for a very comfortable stay in lovely Salzburg.

NH Colllection Salzburg is a fine hotel. Definitely the most expensive hotel of our central Europe tour. Priced at $400/night this hotel was underwhelming and overly expensive. Perhaps due to the location. The positives are the the front reception staff members and the location. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. The buffet was a nice combination of A La Carte and buffet self serve items. The room extremely small but functional with quiet air conditioning. Nice in-room amenities like coffee and tea. Fluffy towels in the small weirdly laid out bathroom. The negatives include expense, small sized rooms, motion transfer issues on the mattress, and poor pillows. We stayed only one night, overpriced and not a 4 star as advertised
