"Going downhill"

The place has just gone down holl since we started staying there. 4th floor, elenator area, the floor is uneven at the elevator door! Mentioned it and was told it's in the hands of Sr management owners. Seems uneven floors, seriously uneven floors would be a matter of concern

Property looks fine, plenty of parking and walking space. Staff took over 30 mind to check us in. Had to wait at desk for more than 10 minutes for someone to check us in. Sink faucet is detached in the bathroom in our room. Very hard to use.
