Great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful staff..Guests were quiet and respectful..Comfortable relaxing area outside room, also outside seating area well decorated w gas fueled fire pit..Available coffee at all times, however, snacks were too high in price.

Everyone and Everything was perfect!!

Loved the fresh coffee! Fire pit was a wonderful touch! Nice suite faculties-fridge/dishwasher/etc

Unfortunately this was the worst Home2Suites stay I’ve ever had. There were two positives: Alyssa at the front desk and the complimentary breakfast. I checked in online the night before arrival. When I arrived at the hotel at nearly 6pm, I was told that my room wasn’t ready… no problem. Things happen. We left to grab dinner and give more time for our room to be prepared. While at dinner we were notified that the room wasn’t ready. Upon arrival, our room was a complete disaster. We were greeted by an open breaker/fuse box in the entry way. The bathroom door didn’t close on one side, and the latch to close the door was missing on the other side. The bed was missing all of the linens. The refrigerator was set to max-cold, but was warmer than the room (which had the air turned off completely). There was no toilet paper or tissues in the bathroom, and chairs were stacked on top of the table. One of the towel racks had been torn off of the wall and was missing. The entryway was halfway painted with a different color. The battery was low in the thermostat, so it blinked on and off when we’d try to adjust the temperature. I felt like such a burden having to go down multiple times to the front desk to report everything, but I wanted to be certain that I didn’t get blamed for all of the things that were wrong in this room. Alyssa was very patient, but she had to be tired of seeing me. Hotel was fully booked so no other rooms were available. Total after tax was $187… I felt robbed, but we were too tired from the 11 hour drive to try and find another hotel that late into the evening. I had hoped to hear from management on Saturday or Sunday, but no such luck.

being close to my mother in laws assisted living facility was one reason we chose this hotel. Another is the basic home and office that is a must with both of us working from home.

went to eat our leftovers and there were no plates or silverware to use. called down to the front and the lady tells me that others have complained about that. she did bring us plates and silverware. just odd that they've received complaints and the housekeepers didn't do an inventory of each room they cleaned.

Very nice stay. Room had plenty of space for my my family of 3.
