Location excellent , room was lovely warm and comfortable

The dining experience was terrible Steak arrived so tough not able to be cut and cold Complained got a steak already cut into pieces still cold still tough no steak knives Breakfast good selection but also cold

The hotel is very beautiful and the best part is the location. It's within a 10-minute walk to Buchanan bus station (if you're joining a tour with Rabbie's tour) and Queen Street station. It's also steps away from the central station. The room is spacious and clean. The sound insulation is really good. I hardly heard any noise from my neighbors. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. There's a good selection of items from the continental breakfast, even for vegetarians. Eduardo, one of the chefs, is so friendly and has some very interesting stories to share. I actually enjoyed chatting with him every morning before breakfast.

Close to centre of Glasglow

The pillow were to high, the grout in shower needed to be cleaned. Need to fix the creaking floor boards as could hear them walking around up above

The location is great and the beds are great
